Bought a flat in 2019 for 215,000 with a new 125 year lease granted by previous owner. 2022, want to sell the flat, now worth 250,000 but local agents value at 150,000 because Aneesha still hasn't registered the lease with Land Registry. Thanks mate 25/02/2022 - please check the file for Leondis. I emailed the address you gave me but it bounced back.

I won't touch them with a long stick. If you have basic issues to deal with go to them, I.e to stamp on something need verifying with legal paper work etc. They are about money not solving issues. There isn't pride on doing a job right. They don't bother to find a legal ways to solve an issue. Can't even invoice you right, they ask to get paid in advance. Do not trust the word they saying at the start.
They will promise the world then after you paid them the communication will be poor, you will do your own resarchs & come up with ideas to help them do the job, even then you will be waiting forever to get a reply, its a joke.
