I would give them 0 stars if I could. They are an appalling solicitors. I have had a case with them since February 2020. I have spoken with Niamh O'Brady, my assigned solicitor, maybe 3 times. She never returns my calls or emails. When I have spoken with her, she clearly cannot be bothered with my case and makes no effort at all to progress it. Nearly 2 years on, I have had no update for a year, even after numerous calls and emails.
It's shocking to me that this firm is even in business if this is how it treats its customers. I even sent a email of complaint to the Senior partner, Spencer Wood, asking to simply be answered by my solicitor or passed to another who would have the time to speak to me more then once a year. Unsurprisingly enough, I never got a reply from him either. The service, if you can even call it that, is nonexistent. Don't waste your time going with this firm. I am appalled by their lack of service and care.
