The whole experience was just awful and so distressing. We we're unfortunate to have to use rubin and Lewis after a loss to help with wills and probate and sale of property, I was treated horribly! Mostly ignored, having to chase up information weekly to be told they we're either "off sick" or on annual leave this went on for over a year and a half! Lauren Cole was our only helpful solicitor she was fantastic and done exactly what was needed at the start but then we had to be directed to another solicitor due to her maternity leave and it fell apart from there.

I regret wholeheartedly using this company with such a sensitive matter and wish I went elsewhere. The service was so poor I was not charged for the last 6 months service they did (didn't) provide. Will never use them again and I would never recommend to anyone. 18 months later and it's finally over. Shocking

Well last year I gave a 5 star review as the service up until that point had been perfect. However since Christmas time I have personally seen a decline in quality service and in fact I contacted the office to spk with my solicitor to be abruptly told my solicitor no longer works there and couldn't get any indication as to who's in charge of my caseload now or even having trouble locating any of my documents and a fortnight been waiting for someone to let me know what's going on. Disgraceful way to treat clients to be perfectly honest.

Extremely poor conveyancing service. Rubin Lewis O'Brien (Cwmbran) are currently representing a vendor, I am currently purchasing a property from. My solicitors initially waited over two weeks for first contact from Rubin Lewis O'Brien even though the vendor had agreed and instructed them to act on their behalf. During the conveyancing process, my solicitor has had to constantly chasing his contact at Rubin Lewis O'Brien to return calls and provide required and requested information.

We are currently awaiting a Gas certificate to which was requested over three weeks ago, although it was initially advised it was available. We have also been waiting over three weeks for a response to a relatively straight forward question resulting from a local authority search. I have had previous involvement with a small of Solicitors over the years, mainly for conveyancing purposes.

I have never come across such a poor service from any of them compared to Rubin Lewis O'Brien. On this occasion, they seem to have very little consideration for their client with absolutely no urgency to complete the sale for them. Extremely disappointing service.
