Sinclairslaw was established in 1997. It started out as a general legal practice and was created by partners, Michael Charles and Gregory Evans. The practice is now regarded as one of the most successful practices in England and Wales. It has gained wide recognition for specialist family law services as well as its nationally regarded education law specialist solicitor team which includes the higher education department.

The Court of Protection is the arena in which disputes about individuals who lack capacity are resolved. That person is referred to as the protected party. We can react immediately to provide urgent legal assistance where disputes arise in emergency situations such as disagreements at hospital about whether medical treatment should be administered or withdrawn.The team is regularly instructed on behalf of the protected party through Independent Mental Capacity Advocates, Relevant Persons Representatives and the protected party's family or friends.
