Sinclairslaw has a specialist team experienced in all matters relating to the Court of Protection. The Court of Protection is the arena in which disputes about individuals who lack capacity are resolved. That person is referred to as the protected party. We can react immediately to provide urgent legal assistance where disputes arise in emergency situations such as disagreements at hospital about whether medical treatment should be administered or withdrawn.The team is regularly instructed on behalf of the protected party through Independent Mental Capacity Advocates, Relevant Persons Representatives and the protected party's family or friends.

Absolutely disgrace by the staff, I have been trying to get hold of an education solicitor or barrister, they do not bother with your phone quarries or emails to solicitors. they have asked me to send my documents for them to have a look and then they will get back to me after a view, after waiting of 2 months they asked me to pay them 5000 to view my documents.
They are ripping people right off, please do not bother contact this firm. I want my review to reach to the Directors of the companies and my request to them at least higher a decent staff to run your BIG NAME firm. Thanks for the read people.again do not trust this firm.

In 2007 Mike Charles was recommended to us after having exhausted our efforts to secure the correct learning environment for our son.
