Lack of suitable advice and when dealing with a leashold didn't actually get us a copy of the lease until months later and chasing on our behalf. When we questioned the poor advice the same incorrect information was given. I would avoid based on my experience.

Relatively responsive but missed things and didn't keep us informed of things that need doing. A problem with our mortgage application was only spotted on the day we had been told we would exchange.

I had a positive experience dealing with Alice when buying a property. I had previously sold a property with an online solicitor where I could see ever step of the way how the sale was progressing. However any concerns of not being able to see behind the scenes where short lived and Alice put much hard work into getting things moving in a good time scale especially as this was over a period of Nationwide lockdown. I would highly recommend Alice for getting things done in a timely and professional manner.
