My family use WBW for their personal matters; wills / home purchases & sales - I also use WBW Newton Abbot Office for work on the commercial debt recovery side and have always spoken to Justin who I have found to be great to deal with. He always gives clear, easy to follow advice and is always contactable by phone or email. I have recently used WBW Newton Abbot for a personal matter to do with a property & very old rights of way, Justin again has been great in assisting me in what was a time of panic (for me!!) he offered sound advice, reassurance and hopefully the situation is on the way to be resolved swiftly, in the event I need further assistance I know who I will be contacting. I have used WBW twice in the last couple of years. Once to handle my Mother's estate and more recently the sale of my flat in Newton Abbot. On each occasion I have been impressed with the professionalism, friendliness and timely way business was conducted. The team were available immediately or within a return call. Rude and unhelpful sum up my experience of WBW. They failed to provide key documents after completion of a house purchase and won't communicate with my solicitor. When we tried to contact them directly they rejected our attempt stating any future communication will be ignored. If you vendor uses this solicitor I recommend you insist on original documents before completion because these cowboys won't care once they've been paid.
