Poor service so far. I'm trying to buy a flat but I was not able to get any feedback from them. I keep on receiving complaints from the vendor's solicitors and the estate agency because of lack of information. They don't even reply to emails. Very unprofessional. Thinking of changing firm.

Jojar dealt with the conveyance of our sale and purchase. It was extremely stressful for everyone towards the end as we completed on the last day removals were allowed before lockdown due to Covid. I've worked in mortgages and protection for 20 years, and have high standards when it comes to conveyancing as well so Jojar had a lot to live up to. Both he, and his assistant were top notch. Could not fault them, even when our buyers solicitor was asking the ridiculous they kept me calm (not easy). I would highly recommend them.

I recently sold my house in Southampton. We discussed the legal docs required on Friday and by Monday Lisa had uploaded them to the auction's website. We completed yesterday on our first home, and we have had the most fantastic service from Alan Knight. As we were new to homebuying, Alan very patiently explained all the options, and held our hand at every step. Ours was not at all straightforward, as we were combining two houses, and then one of the houses we were renting was made uninhabitable by a devastating fire, leaving us homeless.

Throughout all this drama, Alan was only ever a call or an email away, and always did everything he promised, ahead of time. I was aware he had other clients, but I was never made to feel rushed or ignored. It is such a shame he is leaving Knight Polson as they are losing an outstanding conveyancer who goes above and beyond for his clients. I wish him every joy at his new firm - he deserves it!
