My elderly parents are buying a sheltered housing apartment and Wolferstans are the Vendors solicitors. My dad at 85 has had life changing surgery, having both legs amputated and has not been able to be with mum who is. 90 because of the length of time this. sale has taken to go through.

I recently used Wolferstans when moving house, for buying and selling. I've used various solicitors in the past for the same purpose, however Wolferstans were exceptional. Well priced and very efficient. Once the process started I effectively had the expertise of 3 solicitors, each one had exceptional communication and helped the entire process run smoothly. Ebenezer, Claire & James were incredibly responsive and professional throughout the whole process of purchasing our first house. We were always able to get in contact with them at the first time of trying over the phone, and our emails were always responded to incredibly quickly. Naturally, we were nervous at times due to being first time buyers, but the team always managed to put us at ease. We would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a conveyancer!

Recently used Wolferstans to conveyance a complex house purchase. Tishka Chapman handled the process. She was on hand every step of the way and was absolutely brilliant. She was excellent at keeping in touch and kept updating me throughout. She went out of her way to respond promptly, even at weekends. I am so impressed at how hard both her and the team worked, they really did make the process run smoothly.

I would wholeheartedly recommend them and would use them again in the future (not that I'll need to now that I'm finally settled in our forever home!). Huge thanks, especially to Tishka for her patience and professionalism.
