We engaged Newton's in Stokesley, first to very simply certify proof of identity for probate on my wife's late father's house (many thanks to Martin Donnelly, who was excellent), but while we were there, decided to also engage them for our conveyancing at a property we were looking at in N. Yorks. It proved to be a very good decision. Jacqui Foley did an excellent job, often working from home due to the lockdown at the time, and with an excellent supporting cast in Monika Williams and Michael Prudhoe. Even during lockdown, everything was handled professionally from the time of our offer on the property (early March) through to completion - on June 30. Thoroughly recommended.

My neighbour recommended Newtons Solicitors in Stokesley after I was knocked off my cycle resulting in cuts bruises and a broken wrist. My neighbour had used them in the past and was very happy with their service.
