Would not recommend them, they never get back to you, after several weeks/months. Even when you've requested a letter to be sent out, ,t he file is still sitting on someone's desk. Sick to death off chasing this now, changing solicitors. Need I say more.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Made a Telephone appointment due to the Covid restrictions and the Solicitor was 50 mins late. Rescheduled for a week later and he did not even bother to call. No professional at all.

I asked a simple question "do you have document X", they said yes, then rang me back 5 min later to confirm yes. I later found, after they looked properly they didn't have it. This may sound trivial but that document could mean the difference between me selling my house or not. Incompetent.
