Molesworth are currently dealing with a power of attourney order for a house I am purchasing. The lack of update and no idea of timeframe is very poor! Accoring to our estate agents, Molesworth informed them that the property could be marketed and it would not take long! Due to the delays we have lost money through paying additional rents, storage costs and building and contents insurance payments!
