Signed the paperwork and never got back in touch that was a year and half ago, I approached the building and they wouldn't even open the door they said they can't help me through the glass, when everything was put in place it was a simple family matter and they just ignored me, after trying to get back in touch after 6 months terrible treatment and service especially after signing all the paperwork and be reasured it was a easy matter for them and was just waiting for a court date. To then be ignored unbelievable, I recamed a chester solisiter they know what there doing no affence but what a waist of time.
