What a breath of fresh air! Having suffered at the hands of a highly incompetent firm of conveyancers called Taylor Rose not once, not twice, but three times, I took the advice of my mortgage broker to seek the services of a gentleman named Simon Green who really represented the value of having the right team of professionals in place. You get what you pay for and this was without doubt, the most smooth and efficient process I've experienced with any firm of conveyancers. Simon might just be Cheshire's best kept secret when it comes to the legal side of house purchasing.
