Living in Spain I needed to have a Will drawn up to cover my UK assets. Many solicitors & Will writing services were unwilling to assist me. I made an enquiry to Burt Brill & Cardens who were only too willing to help. I was passed onto Emily who provided me with an excellent service. Emails were answered promptly, video calls arranged to discuss my needs, I could not have been made more at home in a matter that can be complex. Thank you Emily & all the staff involved.

I contacted Burt Brill and Cardens as I was coming up to 80 years on my property so wanted to arrange an extension to the lease. The process was overseen by Elise and Tanya, who were very helpful and knowledgeable on the subject. They kept me up to date on the process and were also very quick to respond to any queries that I had. I would recommend this company and feel they the service they have provided me has been excellent from start to finish

Abigail managed the purchase of our first home and I couldn't have been happier with the service we have received.
