Buying or selling a house can make for an extremely stressful and chaotic period of your life. Conveyancing can be split into two main different types, Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Conveyancing.
Gathering in/realisation of assets to include, as appropriate, the sale or transfer of land and buildings in the Estate. Reporting on and settling, from Estate funds, the Estate's liability for Inheritance Tax, Income Tax and Capital Gains Tax. Our charges for this service will be based on the amount of time spent dealing with the matter at the hourly rates of the Fee Earners/Caseworkers involved but will be subject to a minimum charge which will be calculated by reference to the nature of and value of the Assets in the Estate.

I am writing this review to share my experience with Spicketts Battrick team. Our property case was with Natalie Raker and Sally and both have been fantastic people so far. Particularly in our case, the Sellers wanted to expedite the sale and we had so less time. I must admit, I thought it would not be possible but Natalie made sure we completed on time. We got all our doubts clarified on the sale. I am so happy with the experience and would recommend their services to anyone.

Dreadful experience so far with this Solicitor - you just can't get hold of anyone! No one responds to either ours or the buyers solicitors emails and no one answers the phone. We have been months trying to complete on a no chain house sale, everything is in place and it really should have been done by now. Will update this review when someone actually gets moving on this! But the way things are going, we will be looking at the official complaint route.

I cannot fault the support I received from Kate at Spicketts, Battrick. Selling your property is one of the most stressful things and Kate was helpful at every point. She responded quickly to emails and calls and kept me up to date, even contacting me to let me know she had no news! I would not hesitate to recommend her.
