Martin has spent 25+ years advising entrepreneurs and business owners. With over 3,100 small and mid-size business sale and purchase transactions completed under his watch, he is confident that Truelegal has the toolkit to deal with most issues that buyers and sellers of UK businesses encounter. Realising the full value of a business for its owner on exit is his passion.
How we work
Report
We're based in Exeter, Devon, but work for business buyers and business sellers from across England and Wales - in fact, only around a third of our clients are local to us. Most of our work is done remotely via telephone and email, enabled by our IT support systems. You'll have direct line access to one dedicated legal adviser throughout.
