3 phone calls to them via the number displayed for their Cowbridge Office and end up talking with their office in Swansea. been a week now and still no call back to me from Cowbridge office. If this is is how they manage potential clients i would not recommend them

Be very careful when using this company, they will add on every little unnecessary extra to run up your bill. Complaint process a complete waste of time also. Would never recommend to anyone!
