We used these solicitors as first time buyers. At first they were very quick to respond to our questions, as time went on they got slower and slower. Someone was either on holiday/off sick/or didn't work a particular day, I understand that these things happen but expected someone to cover in this instance, but instead we were just expected to wait. We instructed them to start the searches, just to find out months later they had not been completed, when we chased up we were made to feel like a nuisance. We were often spoken to in quite a rude manner. Ultimately for the price we paid I do not feel like we received the "best possible service" as quoted on their website.

Do not recommend! After my grandads death they dealt with probate for us. They did not keep us up to date with proceedings, when ringing up, the solicitor in question was either busy, sick or on holiday! When probate was finally granted months after the promised date they kindly informed other family members first before actually informing the executors of the will! Totally unprofessional and I have no Faith in them at all. We have sold my grandads house and we are still waiting 10 days later for them to transfer the funds.! Will never use again!
