I called this solicitors company wanting some advice. I was informed that they would have to check to see if they act on behalf of the company I was calling about. I was asked several questions about the matter. I was contacted back a few minutes later and told that they act on behalf of the other company so they could not deal with myself which was fine.

They went straight back to the other company and told them everything that we had discussed. Where is the confidentiality? Do you want to deal with a company like this that will give your information to third parties without your permission?! I recieved a call from this other company asking me about this matter so therefore I'm 100% certain that contact was made from this company.
