Took them on due to previous solicitors I used were nothing but ineffective. These were on my mortgage companies "approved" list and were local so I hoped for an improvement. However, I have realised this isn't the case. They were slow to deal with everything, costing money and time. Now I've asked them to justify their invoices, my family law solicitor has taken to lying.
Though has she lied the whole way though? I wish I'd read recent reviews since I've noticed the most recent are the worst. I've escalated to the legal ombudsman and await their response.

The worst solicitors I have ever dealt with. Poor services would not apply for orders I was able to request from the court which totally messed up my case! Rude and totally unprofessional their manner when speaking to you as a client leaves much to be desired! To state the least. They have more excuses than Boris Johnson! You get better services at McDonald's! Do not take your business to them! BEWARE IF YOU WANT TO LOSE A CASE THEY ARE THE PEOPLE TO USE! Total disgrace! Awful solicitors would like to give a minus stars that bad.

Personally if there was the option I would give zero stars. Stay away from this firm. I had sought help for child visitation to see my children. The case turned up to court they charged me around 6K, and the solicitor came totally unprepared, she didn't read through the notes or anything, messed up my case a lot more. Has cost me around 15K to sort out my wrong doings from this firm. Stay away they are leeches and will not help you!

I would strongly advise not to go with them. They used to be good and had professional staff but this isn't case anymore. I purchased two properties via them. First one was very good as Sarah (solicitor) was very helpful and professional. However second time was no less than Trauma. I was bullied, being shouted at, charged more than double and nearly lost deal. Herpreet didn't respond to my emails and didn't even bother to check property details i was requesting.
When it was nearing contract exchange date and I still didn't get reply, I went to their office and sat at reception for quite long time. Receptionist was horrible to me and my wife and we both were traumatised with experience. when she finally came to us, started shouting at us. We were 3 days far from contract exchange and had no option than absorb insult.
She even did mistake on legal documents which had to be corrected. She also charged more than double amount agreed for local search. I would even like to complain about them to relevant body. Me and my wife we both went through such horrible time thanks to each other support and passion for new house which we bought through years of hard earned money.
