From the initial telephone call to attending the appointments and finally concluding our business (making mutual wills) we found the service to be friendly, efficient and helpful. Making our wills had been something I had put off doing for a very long time, but it was good to be able to face up to things and finally make some decisions under the guidance of Alex Copson. We are grateful for his friendly and clear advice and knowledgeable support and the very efficient and speedy manner in which he dealt with the making of our wills from start to finish.
