I have had the pleasure of working with Gary Simmons from Simmons Stein Solicitors, when my wife and I sold our previous house and purchased our new home. The service that we received was absolutely superb and the firm worked with such tremendous speed to process documents and handle all queries. We faced a very pressurised time situation as we approached exchange and Gary Simmons was fantastic, managing to resolve the situation, while keeping in regular contact to alleviate all of the stress for us. Jeffrey recently carried out the conveyancing for the sale of my house in Haringey in June 2021 during the peak of the pandemic housing rush. He provided a personal service which was prompt, thorough, careful, efficient, and highly responsive at a very reasonable price. He worked beyond normal office hours during this peak period to ensure my sale went through without delays and always responded to my phone calls even when he was out of the office. He even came out to meet me in the street to direct me to a parking place during my first visit to their offices. Highly recommended.

One of the Principals had found anomaly at the Land Registry dating back to 2004, while working on something else, this had to be rectified and I had to produce various documents. Jeffrey Stein was excellent in sorting out this anomaly and prompt too. The firm a bit far from home, but well worth engaging them to act for me.

I had to sell my flat very quickly as I was in chain. Jeffrey is an excellent proactive solicitor. He did the conveyancing of the flat very quickly and promptly. My flat was in a large complex and we had to get a lot of certificates and documents in very short time during pandemic. He did all of them beautifully. I definitely recommend Simmons Steins Solicitors.
