Great firm to deal with, they've done conveyancing for me on 5 property transactions over the years and I've always found them brilliant each time. Traditional service with a modern outlook is how I describe my experience. As with so many things, great service tends to pass uncommented on the internet and those with a grievance tend to be quick to hit the key board. Comments below from the person for whom they weren't acting is an epic fail on several levels! Re cost, as with everything in life you pays your money and takes your choice - if you pay peanuts.

To set the record straight, I have now had the opportunity to discuss my case with a senior member of this firm. The fault is not actually theirs, rather it is a regrettable consequence of the newly expanded laws preventing Money Laundering. So I place on record my retraction of my earlier review!
