What a lazy set of staff they have working for this firm. They say they'll contact you regarding the status of a case, numerous times I had to ring and they kept promising they'll contact us, in the end they fobbed us off with a Lame excuse. We've used this company numerous times but this will be the last! Look at the other reviews on their professionalism. Utterly disgraceful
