I recently completed a multi-million dollar out of state business acquisition with Fillmore Spencer at the helm of my legal team. The deal took over a year to complete and had more back and forth with the other partys attorney that our patience was definitely tried. But, at the end of the day, the deal was completed because of the legal counsel given to me by Bill Fillmore. Bill was patient with my questions and made sure I understood everything before agreeing to or signing anything.
Although his office may seem intimidating, Bill was so easy going that I was immediately at ease. His legal team was fast and efficient and was able to answer any questions I had as well. Working with Bill and his legal team was a pleasure and got the job done in the best way possible.
