The solicitor of the other side is from a small firm and he is willing to go very far to profit on the legal loopholes by using many dishonest tricks. While maintaining her own professional standards, Beth has adopted a highly cautious and tactful approach dealing with the situation. I had used Neves to purchase a house as they were recommended. Unfortunately i was assigned another solicitor who was awful. Thankfully she left and Alima and Awais took over the final registering process which was filled with issues. They did a fantastic job, Alima always responded and was professional. This was much more like the service i was expecting in the first place when they were recommended to me.
Due to these two, i would happily use Neves again.

Over many years moving home, I know the value of having a responsive and proactive solicitor to make the stressful task of house buying an easier process, we pay a lot of money for the legal fees and some solicitors just don't seem to earn their money, getting hold of them can be a nightmare, but this isn't the case with Haneef Khan at Neves (Luton) he is simply the best!

Late review as we had purchased our property during Covid in 2020. We were previously with another conveyancer who stopped responding and we were lucky to discover Neves, where from day 1 Haneef was extremely quick and responsive, always keeping us up to date with the progress of our purchase. Heidi Fleming took over my divorce file in October 2020 and provided an excellent level of service with prompt and well explained communications to the outstanding issues that were required for agreeing the financial arrangements to have the Consent Order agreed by both parties.
