I applied for a graduate visa through Woodford, both Ms. Tharwat and Mr. Jeremy have looked into my application. What I really like about their work, Ms. Tharwat has requested my past visa applications from the home office, to avoid conflict in information. Ms. Tharwat always double-checks the details before filling the application and never takes into account the information I provide unless see it in my provided docs ( Passport, BRP, etc). Worst experience ever! Avoid this firm. Finally after 2 years I get some money back after Legal Ombudsman get involved. I had experienced: delays from 14 up to 28 days to get a response; incorrect advice, superficial and incomplete assistance received, failure to advice on strategy. The way of handling of my matter has left me feeling unsupported and as though my matter is insignificant and can be brushed off and set aside as it is unimportant. Look somewhere else and save your money, time and a considerable level of stress which this firm can cause you.

Shelley was absolutely brilliant from start to finish in assisting us with purchasing our first property. Despite the additional challenges due to the pandemic everything went as smoothly as it could and Shelley was always very responsive to any requests and replied in good time. Using a company like Woodfords (rather than an online only business often suggested by Estate agents) was definitely the right decision and we felt very reassured that we were getting an excellent and through service throughout.
