I engaged Sandra Joe-Ejim of Tassells Solicitors for an annulment of a marriage, child arrangements and a financial remedy. Sandra's excellent professional guidance, straight forward advice and quick responses were invaluable. I cannot express how much I appreciated Sandra's, and her secretary Belinda's, help and support in some difficult times.

My husband and I had the misfortune of Lorna Slaughter being the solicitor representing the vendor of the house we were buying. Our position of our offer being contingent on an extremely quick completion was never communicated to the vendor, this almost ended in the sale collapsing at the eleventh hour. Lorna said she had too much work on to process our purchase, the consequent delays now cost us thousands of pounds a year - as our mortgage company increased our interest rates by more than double in the months it took to complete.

On exchange day our solicitor was on annual leave and my husband spoke to Lorna, he was visibly shaken after the encounter and said he'd never been spoken to in such a rude and unprofessional manner, again Lorna essentially said she had too much work to process the sale and shouted at him for having the audacity of asking her to do her job. We certainly would not use Tassels and we can't image the vendor had a nice experience based on our unpleasant interaction.

I am using Tassels solicitors, I cannot recommend Sandra -Jo enough she is very professional, kind and quick the whole team are very professional and kind and have helped me immensely, I am very grateful to them and especially SANDRA -Jo, I know everything is dealt with very quickly in all situations.

I begrudge having to give these a star at all! Absolutely disgusting service! I would not recommend using this firm, I was lured in with all the right words, but when it came to action I had to chase them and they had no interest in actually following anything through. The advise i was given was very poor and in fact caused more harm than good! If you want family law, look elsewhere and consult anyone but these!

I had the misfortunate of being poorly represented by a solicitor firm in court, so a family member recommended I get some advice from Tassells. Let me just say, I was completely amazed at the support I received by the solicitor who was kind enough to look at the outcome of my case and it amazed me even more knowing Tassells don't deal with criminal defence.
