I can honestly say that this is a great firm. Every single member of staff are marvellous. Nick Curtis-Raleigh has dealt with a good few transactions for me and I believe him to be a top property solicitor. He crosses all the t's and dots all the i's. He is completely on it and I cannot recommend him enough. Fabulous.

We have used Sayer Moore & Co many times, for many reasons over the years and twice in the last year. Firstly, to sell the family home when our father sadly passed away and then again when I purchased my new home. I hadn't bought a property before, so I didn't have a clue what I was doing and found it all very stressful. Nick Curtis-Raleigh was my solicitor and I couldn't ask for a more patient and kind person, he always went the extra mile for me. Nick would explain things to me in terms I understood, he would distress me when I was stressed and he is just a really nice person which I felt helped me alot. I would definitely use Sayer Moore & Co again if I ever needed a solicitor and I would recommend them to all my family and friends. Heather from Ruislip :-

After being quoted 120 by a different local firm for something that takes 10 minutes I decided to call Sayer Moore for a very competitive quote. They fitted me in the next day and filled out all the documentation efficiently. More than happy to recommend them and use them again.

I dealt with Brie/Bridgey a few years ago when I bought a property and I'd never use this company again because of that one experience. What a shame!

Long and expensive process. Looking to make a remortgage on my house so needed to get a solicitor to finalise the paperwork. Selected this company and then was invited to sign the paperwork a few weeks later. Solicitor told me that he still needed to do the searches. This was supposed to be done when I had originally sent the papers in, no? Now the mortgage is going to be delayed as the searches take time to complete.
So I asked him when can he complete what is required and submit to the back? He says he is giong on holiday and can get it done right when he gets back. He gives me a precise date, and so I say my goodbyes and contact who I need to with the new date. Few days later I get an email saying that since he will be on holiday he can't make the date. Obviously he knew during our meeting that the date he propsed was not going to happen but he didn't want to tell me face to face. In the end got the mortgage through. later than expected and with a big bill from the solicitor too. This is not someone I will be working with again.
