Technical expertise - 5 star Attitude - 0 star Appraochability - sub zero I regret my decision to go with them, it was a very painful bleeding experience. Fortunately my sellers, estate agent and mortgage advisor were all kind and helpful and kept me alive, else it would have been a miserable bleeding experience. Never in my life I will go with this company or will refer them to any of my well wishers.

Few hundred pounds charged extra just for half a dozen extra phone calls and a dozen email exchanges. Got professionally ripped off. NEVER means NEVER EVER. The gentleman spent 40mins when I first rang them to take a quotation, which was very attractive discussion, then the moment I transferred the initial money, I was strictly advised not to phone call anytime.

I wish all their future clients a good luck. I still curse my friend who referred me this place without his first hand experience but from word of mouth. I thought it was just me, but when I met few other friends who went with them in past, they echoed the same. I wish I met them before engaging but never mind, past is past. Hope you add empathy into your business practice and consider it as one of the values in your firm. Good luck!

Mary Derry, Taylor Mist and Mary Kate are extremely professional, thorough and kind. Throughout a lengthy and very complex divorce they remained dedicated throughout 3 years of trying to reach a settlement. Terrible service from Saleem. I was very organised in arranging things early enough for stamp duty deadline and understood they could not guarantee completing before it but would have liked them to try to. I was previously with O'Neill the online conveyancy company which were half the price and recommended by my broker but chose Keith Flower due to their reviews especially on speed.

I sent in my documents as requested online and he emailed me two weeks later to request them - he hadn't even started the work or seen that they were all done in good time. I even came in with my 2 kids so they could certify my ID documents (you can do this on an app with O Neill). When I emailed him to chase up the process and asking him to tell me how to pay the 500 deposit, as I had not heard anything from him regarding starting the work, he sent me an email to state he would not be responsible for running over the deadline to which I replied that I understood but would have liked them to assure me they would try to - he then replied saying he decided not to take on my case! Completely unprofessional! Wasted 2 valuable weeks of my conveyancy. Don't bother with them
