Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Terrible, terrible service. A simple land registry transaction request back in Feb. Now after countless phone calls, a myriad of promises and even the involvement of a director they admit absolutely NOTHING has been done. How this shower ever get any work is beyond me.
