Did a property transfer and even though it morphed into much more because of rubbish lawyers for the rubbish builder, the agreed price was honoured even when the workload doubled. After purchase a few things cropped up and the time spent on these including a home visit was done with NO extra charge. I wont be changing Solicitors and time soon. Great Service and a fluid team behind the scenes, making it cohesive and a very happy experience for what is known to be one of the most stressful times of ones life. Marius

My Husband and I used Lynn Rayner in a recent business transaction. Due to Covid-19 restrictions we were unable to meet face to face and conducted most of our interactions via telephone calls and emails. Lynn was very responsive, clear and concise with communication and transparent with her costs prior to proceeding with our transaction. Personally, I cannot rate Patten and Prentice highly enough. Patten and Prentice have helped me with a number of issues in the last year and I have always had a prompt service, where lawyers are prepared to go the extra mile and nothing appears to be too much trouble. I have dealt with Patten and Prentice in Greenock on two of the most important occasions in my life and I cannot speak highly enough of the efficient and sympathic way these were conducted. I was always treated with courtesy and good manners. On these occasions my business was dealt with by Mr Mitchell, however I have also had dealings with two of the other partners and had the same level of efficiency. Helpful, informative and very professional. these are the words I would use to describe Craig Brown at Patten & Prentice. From my first consultation to weeks after the closing, I was always well informed and had every step of my first home purchase thoroughly explained, which, as you can imagine, can be very complicated not to mention overwhelming. Craig was not only very knowledgeable in his field but also welcomed any and all questions I had at every step of the transaction. Needless to say, if I ever plan to buy or sell another property, I would definitely go with Patten & Prentice again, and I would recommend it in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking for representation.

Absolutely useless - especially Margaret! Evasive, reluctant to help and massive attitude problem! Deliberately gave out wrong information for a COMPANY due to "data protection"! Didn't think a general number for a company would be breaching any data protection laws but apparently so, wonder how that company does business! A query I raised which should have took couple of hours to resolve, has took nearly 5 working days and is still unresolved! Wouldn't recommend this lawyers if that's the standard of employees hired!
