We came to Mike at the tail end of an arduous sale process which had been dragging for months for a myriad of reasons. Suffice it to say, we were exhausted and anxious about the process. Mike literally turned that around within days of taking on the case. He gripped it from day and got us over the line within two weeks. He never had an issue with picking up the phone and providing some human contact which is essential for complex processes like this (and it provided a huge amount of reassurance that he knew our case well and was all over the detail). Ive never had a good experience with selling/buying a property but after working with Mike, Ive saved him into my personal contacts and hell be my first port of call the next time I sell or buy. Thank you Mike! My biggest regret was not coming to you in the first place.
