I want to give a nil star rating because of Stephens and Son's incompetence, negligence and unprofessional behaviour that spanned over fourteen months, bringing untold distress upon the family. I won't name the individual that was mainly at fault, as I feel this person is representative of the whole company. When a complaint was raised by following the correct procedures laid down by Stephens and Son, it was not even dealt with according to their own complaints procedure and was handled in an even more unprofessional manner.

When finally the estate accounts were sent to my solicitor, such were their concerns over the management of the estate, that I am now taking my complaint direct to the legal ombudsman, something I should have done last year.

Having used HW in the past and been more than satisfied with their professional approach we had no hesitation in using their services once again. Mr Abraham Khan and his team have made what has been a stressful time much easier by their ethos to deal with their clients in a way that gives confidence during the process of property buying and selling.
