Worst solicitor iv ever come across, family matters haha u bunch of scammers taking peoples money and working against them no decent advice whatsoever ever I'm that unhappy I'm going to try get a new solicitor obvs taking on too many cases left it till the minute to get into touch over a final statement about my daughter and didnt get it in time forcing my daughter to spend another 6weeks in care.

A terrible law firm - I would definitely not recommend them. Their staff are not detail oriented (which you need in a solicitor) or conscientious and get basic details wrong on a regular basis. Do not expect a successful legal outcome or a good, professional service. My case was dealt with by Lynne McGonnell, a senior solicitor, who clearly didn't take notes during our 40 minute initial consultation and subsequently approached the wrong landlord (despite me giving the correct company name multiple times and their full contact details).
It later transpired that she had been joking around with people at the company that I would potentially be taking to court in future, which really angered me. It displays a total lack of professionalism or care for clients. Do not expect any complaint you make to the Senior Partners to be handled objectively or fairly. As mentioned by other reviewers, my case was simply dropped after my complaint. You will probably need to familiarise yourself with the Legal Ombudsman. Avoid at all cost!

Having used a number of solicitors over they years and not always feeling entirely satisfied nick kincade was highly recommend through a friend.
