Called in without prior appointment with urgent legal matter not expecting to see anyone without making appointment and they were so helpful and even offered to come out to car for my elderly fathers signature so helpful from receptionist to the solicitor.

We employed them to purchase our first home, we were assigned to Farwa she was amazing, however she left the firm 3 weeks before completion. Her replacement Zoe, was very unresponsive, not responding to emails or telephone, considering that she was just supposed to keep us updated with the final steps, and considering that Farwa the prevoius solicitor completed the transaction 95% of the way, her service was not up to Farwa's standard.
