Paddy Mullarkey is without doubt the most unpleasant individual I have ever had the misfortune to meet. He talked to us like we were ignorant peasants, struggling to understand him. He charges over 200 per hour and I received a bill of over 1,000 for him writing one short letter on my behalf. His letter ultimately proved useless.
