We had recently signed our first will with Karen. She was lovely and took the time to explain all the details. We had to take the kids with us, on one occasion and although they are v young and restles, she has been incredibly patient and professions. Would definitely use again and recommend

Absolutely disappointed in this firm! My mum had a medical claim in 2017 with this company and after 5 failed solicitors each telling my mum a different story about how we have a brilliant case! Medical experts saying a good case. My mum had to email to chase her claim for the email to bounce back and oh yes another solicitor! We have been left being told oh no claim! We will find a new solicitor. And make everyone aware of the poor service my mum has received from this company.!
