I really appreciated the professionalism of the BLM team, led by Grainne Fahy. At the outset of my case, the team laid out clearly how it would play out and the strategy they would use. They outlined the additional professional resources we would need to bring in for guidance. Those resources operated in a professional manner and in the required time frame.
