Called the firm on Monday 13/06 at 12:04pm, left a detailed message with reception, was told someone would call me back that day, nobody called. All day 14/06, nobody called me. There is Absolutely no excuse for unreturned phone calls, it shows a total lack of respect for prospective new clients and does absolutely nothing to make you feel that this is the kind of company you would want to place your business with.

I can only assume that because my enquiry was on the trivial side, it got relegated down the list of callbacks and then forgotten. I will now take my personal and company business elsewhere, being the Managing Director of a property management business, I could do with a decent solicitor, to rely on personally, but to also recommend to my high wealth clients, the search continues.

I messaged Samuels Solicitors after finding them on a google search. I was contacted the next morning and left a voice message requesting me to call back. I was directed to Ms Judith Thompson, who listened intently and gave me a lot of advice and also emailed me thereafter to confirm what we had discussed. I can only recommend from my personal experience that this company proved to be excellent in every manner.

I was not even charged for Ms Thompson's advice, as it was decided given the circumstances not to progress further. I found them to be honest, sincere and caring. I will definitely keep their details should I need a solicitor in the future. Thank you again Ms Thompson
