I contacted Ibbotson Brady Solicitors after I tripped in a supermarket car park, I had sustained a broken finger due to their negligence. John Ibbotson took on my case and won my competition. I met John on several occasions and was kept up to date on a regular basis. John is a genuine and lovely person and works tirelessly to win your case. I would 100% recommend Ibbotson and Brandy without a doubt.

I have recommended a number of clients and family members to John and Rebecca. Client care is a massive part of any business and Rebecca on a particular matter went the extra mile for one of my close family members which meant a lot to me. These extra touches show you that there are people out there like Rebecca who really care about the end result and what is best for people. Her advice all the way through this particular matter has been of a very high professional standard and really put my close family member at ease throughout the process.

For most people speaking to a Solicitor can be daunting however Rebecca's calm demeanour and explanation of the process certainly went a long way to ease any worries. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to both John and Rebecca as they deal with people how I would like to be treated and the results they get speaks for themselves.
