Kilcoyne & Co

This company was recommended by the Legal Aid Board as they apparently covered the work I required help with. I couldn't speak to any of the lawyers as speaking to or getting past the telephone staff is like banging your head off a brick wall! Spanish Inquisition springs to mind! They're just plain rude, dismissive, up their own backsides and treat you like scum as soon as legal aid is mentioned!

Yes they can do the work, but you need to pay full price as they are selective about legal aid jobs apparently. I have reported this back to Legal Aid as they are recommending lawyers for jobs based on a legal aid basis but the lawyers then want to charge you? If the office staff behave in this manner, I'd hate to think what the lawyers are like! In my opinion, this company has just got far too big for their boots and do not care about actually helping people! Soulless Money Making Racket!

They didn't return calls, emails or even my retainer in a timely fashion. I finally had enough of being ignored and found a solicitor more concerned with the case than the commercial aspects of it.

Having visited many 'top lawyers' in Glasgow, I was given false information and false hope in the success of my road traffic case and not enough factual information. I visited Mr Kilcoyne a week before my intermediate diet due to the incompetence of a previous lawyer giving Mr Kilcoyne very little time to work with my case. Having said that, I couldn't have been more happy with the outcome of my case- within the space of a week everything was dealt with which somehow took previous lawyers 5/6 months.

Mr Kilcoyne was very professional both in the way he dealt with me as a client and the way he put forward the case. I will not hesitate for a second to use Mr Kilcoyne's servces again in the future. 10/10. Thank you sir!

Been with the company for roughly 5 years by two amazing lawyers whom worked for Mr. Kilcoyne. Sadly both lawyers left the firm for unknown reasons to myself. Then Neil began to reprasent me, found his demeanour rude and an air off not interested, especially in my point of view and information i believed that was imoortant to the case, first time he represented me at court due to a mix up of which court, he withdraws his representation, leaving me back to square one with my case after 5 years. Totally detrimental to my continuous battle regarding my child. Don't recommend being represented by Mr. Kilcoyne himself.

Excellent service, full process completed remotely. Provided great advice on what i wanted to achieve, and suggested things i hadn't even thought of. Would return should i need anything further. Highly recommended

The guy is insulting. Told me not to expect a 5 star treatment while under legal aid. Avoid this company at all costs. They don't value you. Or will work hard for you.

So far so good. Change of solicitor during work was a surprise but have done good job so far. Listen to & take on board your thoughts & wishes while advising you right way to go.
