Critical: Responsiveness Called three times requsting a call back never got one, if they can't do the basic's cannot imagine them being efficent at at anything else, good old fashion poor service.

Four months and counting to sort out my late fathers will where there was very little to sort as his house was already sold and only his funeral and care home costs to be paid In my experience probate only takes a month to be granted so what's the delay Not happy
