I would like to say a big thank you to Leo Deane and Lewis Middleton in the Banbury offices, we were first time buyers and anxious about making sure we got everything done correctly. Leo was great at explaining everything to us and helping us through the process. He was clear with his communication and was always happy to answer any questions we had. He was proactive with the developers solicitors and kept us informed every step of the way. We owe you both a big thank you for making this a nice streamlined process and will definitely be using you again in the future.

Any chance you can provide further details on case of 208753-1 and the reason behind charging 2 sets of fees for the same case! Surely that's just greed! Maybe you are just trying your luck Who knows! Maybe with the extra money you squeeze from people then you might be able to employ another staff member to at least return phone calls and emails!
