Tracy and the whole team have been absolutely amazing from start to finish. we were in competition with another purchaser who was dragging their heels, so Tracy's quick response times at the outset helped give the vendor the confidence to stick with us, then throughout she and her team were communicative and responsive, explaining issues in clear english and guiding us through the technicalities where needed. Purchasing a do-er upper, from a deceased estate going through probate, with a septic tank, numerous surveys and renegotiations was not the easiest ride but we reached the end with a favourable outcome and stress free. Thanks to Tracy and team for your excellent work, we will be using you again!
