I engaged with Serious Law over a year ago where I had several conversations with Jerard who advised me he felt I had a claim. We went through paperwork immediately, then after I completed the paperwork it would take several months to get any kind of response from him and now 1 year on I have finally received their "risk assessment" letter, which advised they're not taking my case on. There was a delay due to accessing my mental health records, however the promised timeframes of replying to me were never met, not to mention deadlines of them completing the work they needed to do in order to progress my claim.
I have now lost the ability to make a claim because of the time it took them and has subsequently worsened my mental health. Honestly do not waste your time with this business where there are plenty of other options - I now can't use those options because I was led to believe Serious Law would look after my case. If you didn't have time to take on my case I'd have rather you said than string me along so far that I now cannot do anything.
