I went there today for an appointment to sign an engagement letter and the receptionists were the rudest people I've ever met. They made me wait outside under the sun at 2pm with 35 degrees even though I was the only client there (and even mocked me saying that i should be glad because it was sunny). The person I was supposed to meet was not in the office and the one who met me didn't know what I was there for and didn't even introduce himself so i had to leave after witnessing such unprofessional behaviour. I really don't understand why they behave like this but I'm glad I won't be working with them as my solicitors and I hope other people don't accept to be treated like that.

Seemed more interested in billing their client than getting the deal done. Had to sign the same document 4 times and get it notarized 3 times before they were happy. No sense of urgency and no use of modern technology to speed up what should have been a formality.
