Services
If you need a family lawyer and your income is more than 33k per year and/or you have capital more than 50k, which includes equity in a property, you will no longer qualify for legal aid. Regardless of your income, if you do not have children, you will also not be eligible for legal aid for a wide range of family law matters. We have introduced an affordable solution called 'Family Aid' at Viberts, to support you if you previously qualified for legal aid.

I must say that the level of service, advice and understanding from everyone concerned at Viberts was exceptional. From my initial contact through to the final resolution, I had total peace of mind and trust. I would not hesitate in recommending Viberts and would use their services again in a heartbeat should the need arise. I had a very bad experience with Viberts, first of all, I am separated and my process of divorce and maintenance for my daughter is in Romania where I am from. Here I got a letter from my wife's lawyer, that my wife is asking me money for maintenance, in condition that my daughter is staying with me half of the week and the other half with my wife, and my wife income is bigger then mine.
I contacted Viberts Lawyers as I was at citizen advice and they were recommended. After just less than two months I had already invoices of over 1500, when I asked to see for what I have to pay so much, they sent me detailed invoice, where I saw emails to me which never arrived, missed phones and drafts of emails. I asked them to be represented just in court, without any other emails and calls, but they said this is not possible.
I tried to stop this contract with them and still I get invoices for another charges like emails and phones. I wouldn't recommend this company at all, beside the charges, you don't get clear informations.
