Hourly Fee Rates

We accept payment by bank transfer; debit card and most credit cards. We regret do not accept cheques nor cash. Payment may be by bank transfer or by using the secure payment link we will send you. For your security, we do not ask you for card details and you must not supply them to us. Because card payments are made directly with the credit card handling company Worldpay we do not receive nor store any of your personal card data. Agreed Fixed Fees

Whilst it is useful to have an idea of what might be the general likely cost of your case, it can make sense to agree a fixed fee for a case. Our agreed fixed fees are based on an assessment of the work to be done - drawn from our hourly rates- and we then apply a discount. We agree with you how many hours we think are likely to be needed and offer a fixed fee based on that.
Fixed-Stage Case fees

The additional work beyond the fixed fee limit is then chargeable at our ordinary hourly rates unless we agree a new fixed fee with you for the extra work. We agree a fixed fee in a motoring allegation of Driving with excess alcohol and driving with no Insurance. The driver of the vehicle had used your car without consent and ran off after an accident.
